  [Autohome Character Dialogue] At the 2021 Guangzhou International Auto Show, we were fortunate to have a conversation with Mr. Wang Wen, General Manager of Guangdong Yuebaoma. The following is the transcript of this conversation.

  Car reviewer: Mr. Wang, good afternoon. First of all, thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to come to the conversation room of Autohome. Please introduce your company to the netizens first.

  Wang Wen: Thank you all, and it is a great honor to represent Guangdong Yuebaolai in the Autohome conversation today. Guangdong Yuebaolai is one of the earliest BMW dealers in Guangzhou. So far, we have celebrated our 18th anniversary. The BMW 4S store is located at the foot of Baiyun Mountain on Baiyun Avenue, Baiyun District.

  Car reviewer: We also heard about the strength of Yuebao, and the location of the store is also quite good. If you are interested, you can go to the store to learn more. Next question, which models did we bring to this year’s Guangzhou Auto Show?

  Wang Wen: BMW, as in the past, all BMW models have come to the exhibition site. This time we have two new products worth taking a look at. One is the flagship model IX of BMW New Energy, and the other is the coupe type I4. These two cars are currently very popular at the exhibition. Other models like the 3 Series, 4 Series, 5 Series, X, and M models that everyone likes are all present. Welcome to Hall 4.1 to take a look.

  Car reviewer: After all, the Guangzhou Auto Show is the most important large-scale auto show at the end of the year. We can also see that there are quite a few people around these two new cars on the BMW booth. Let’s talk back to our store. Which models are currently sold in the store and what are the customers who buy them?

  Wang Wen: Strictly speaking, BMW is more popular in every market segment, but like several mainstream models, such as the 3 Series, 5 Series, and X Series, the popularity is also relatively high. So far, our iX3 car has developed rapidly in the field of new energy. At present, there will be existing cars at the exhibition to see. Our customer base is relatively young and elite people in various industries, so it is said that you must be the target elite group at our exhibition.

  Car reviewer: We can also see that BMW has been making progress in terms of rejuvenation these years. Of course, its consistent track genes are also a point that can hit the needs of young people to buy cars, so I think this is also how popular BMW has always been. Also, the layout of BMW’s product line is still quite mature and stable. There are all kinds of models, and now it is also very aggressive in electrification. Let’s talk about the next question. How is your company’s sales this year? What is your sales target for the whole of 2021? Have you met your expectations at this stage?

  Wang Wen: In 2021, our overall goal is around 4,000 units. However, due to the impact of chip supply at the end of the year and some impact on the supply chain, our current completion is around 85%, which is in line with our expectations. The whole quality and quantity are good, reaching a better balance point. I believe that the market will develop steadily next year, and it will make further breakthroughs.

  车评人:今年疫情加上芯片的供应上的问题带来的冲击还是挺大的,咱们能取得到这个成绩可以说是相当的不容易。我想聊聊整个行业方面,整个2021年的广州汽车市场增速是否达到了您的预期?

  王文:按照以往,我们对它的预期都做到15%左右,今年虽然说受到疫情的一些中断、芯片的影响,到目前来讲也达到了将近10%左右,对我们来说是符合我们的预期。

  车评人:今年特别对于广州来说,5月份的那一波疫情影响还是挺大的。再加上芯片方面,我觉得某程度还是会影响一些消费者购车的积极性。我们再聊下一个问题,近些年电动车市场销售很火爆,您对电动车市场有什么预期吗?

  王文:随着国家政策普及也好,包括像我们新能源的概念的推广也好,现在整个市场还是比较利好,包括政策的一些支持。目前我们可以看到很多新能源的品牌都层出不穷,而且有很多做得非常不错,像国产的品牌蔚小理等等都是提升很快。今年车展我也看了一下很多新款的一些车型设计的理念,无论是从动力、能源设计的创新,以及科技的一些创新,包括智能化程度,哪怕是外形的设计都是非常吸引人的眼球。我们也相信在未来3~5年这种政策利好的情况下,新能源的市场一定会蓬勃发展。宝马也对这一块特别的在意,所以这次车展上大家也看到了,我们把iX3、iX、i4都作为一个主流车型在推广。未来我相信宝马有这几款车型加入之后,我们的新能源的阵营也越来越强大,市场份额也会突破我们的预期。

  车评人:展台上那两款新的电动车是相当值得大家期待的,客户对这两款车的关注度是否很高?

  王文:如果您去到我们展会上,你就可以看到现场是非常火爆的,包括我们的订单各方面都超过我们的预期。

  车评人:我觉得这两年变化还挺大,特别是像一线城市广州这样的消费者对于电动车的接受程度还是越来越高,以前可能他是为了一个指标,我不得不买一个电动车,但现在他是为了一种更好的体验或者更好的生活、科技的一些理解,然后去买电动车。宝马作为一个豪华品牌,它在这个切入点上做一些豪华的电动车还是能受到不少的关注。我们再来聊下一个问题,整个2021年豪华品牌在广州增开了不少4s店,相信您也有不少关注。除了产品本身之外,粤宝有什么竞争上的优势?

  王文:首先广东粤宝是一家18年的老店,在人才的储备、技术的积累以及经验的分享和总结当中,我相信我们的维修技术、服务质量都深入我们车主的心中,所以我们在口碑,在品牌传播,在我们自己的品牌建设当中都深入人心。今年我们也把客户的体验,包括明年我们把客户服务也当做一个重点来抓,我相信这种软实力的提升也会进一步提升广东粤宝在整个市场的份额。

  车评人:我觉得粤宝店的位置还是可以的,离市区还是比较近,不管客户去看车还是维修保养,其实是挺不错的。面积也挺大的。

  王文:是的,我们的硬件设施场地都比较方便,我们经常会跟客户开玩笑,白云山上风景好,白云山下看粤宝。

  车评人:非常好的宣传标语,而且宝马车型那么多,也确实要有那么大的展厅。它跟新势力品牌不一样,新势力在商场有一个展示的空间就足够了,但宝马整个车型的布局实在是太全面了,所以没有那么大的展厅,客户也很难深入了解各款车型之间的一些亮点,我觉得挺不错。我们再来聊最后一个问题,您认为未来汽车经销商现有的经营模式外,还有哪些新的模式可以采用?

  王文:这个问题也是经销商一直在思考的问题,未来我们的盈利点,包括我们服务的机会在什么地方。现在大家可以看到随着新能源汽车加入阵营之后,对市场的冲击和变化,你可以看到未来汽车不再是一个简单的出行代步工具,而会变成一个兼具出行代步、私密空间、智能共享,包括互联驾驶、互联智联这些概念集中于一体的生活平台。往后面走,我们经销商应该也跟着这个时代的节奏要往前走,我们未来可能会在像软件的应用、软件的更新,包括智能共享互联,包括引流等等,这些方面有所作为。

   车评人:我在这次车展的宝马展台上也看到了很多这些方面的互动展示,对于消费者来说,他可以很深入的或者很直观的去了解宝马这些方面的新的变化。顺便问一句,现在在车展上买车,优惠力度可以说是相当不错的。

  王文:我们为了给到客户一些惊喜,我们准备了一些比较多的礼包。比如说新能源,我们有换新购车的礼包给到你。如果说是我们的常规车型,比如说3系、5系、X系,我们为大家准备了“虎虎生威礼包”预示着我们明年一年虎虎生威,大家的业绩蓬勃发展。

  车评人:想买车过年的网友们可以抓住车展的好时机来看一看,或者到粤宝宝马店里去看一下。如果想年前买车,现在就是最好的时机,包括芯片这些也是能ok的是吧?

  王文:对。

  车评人:对消费者来说是相当于大的一个利好。

  王文:是的。市场逐步的稳健,疫情的控制非常有效,后期的芯片供应和我们车辆的供应也逐步恢复正常,所以大家可以放心来到我们4.1展台上,看看我们的宝马,选下你最热衷的车型。
