Import tariffs on a series of commodities that involve the innovation and development of advanced manufacturing industries and protect people’s lives and health will fall. The State Council Customs Tariff Commission recently issued the latest announcement, starting from January 1, 2024, China will implement a provisional import tariff rate lower than the MFN tariff rate for 1010 commodities.

In order to expand the global network of high-standard free trade zones, continue to promote high-level opening to the outside world, and promote the construction of an open world economy, in 2024, according to the free trade agreements and preferential trade arrangements signed between China and relevant countries or regions, some commodities under 20 agreements and originating in 30 countries or regions will be subject to agreed tax rates. The China-Nicaragua Free Trade Agreement came into effect on January 1, 2024 and implemented tax reduction.

In order to support and help the least developed countries to accelerate their development, preferential tax rates will continue to be applied to the least developed countries that have established diplomatic relations with China and completed the exchange of letters in 2024, and the preferential tax rates will be adjusted according to the United Nations list of least developed countries and China’s transitional arrangements.

In order to promote China’s superior products to better participate in the international market competition, in 2024, China’s subheads will be appropriately adjusted to add tax items such as decorative base paper and high-end steel products. After adjustment, the total number of tariff items is 8957.

However, due to the impact of chip supply at the end of the year and some impact on the supply chain, our current completion is around 85%, which is in line with our expectations. 　　王文：按照以往，我们对它的预期都做到15%左右，今年虽然说受到疫情的一些中断、芯片的影响，到目前来讲也达到了将近10%左右，对我们来说是符合我们的预期。

　　车评人：今年特别对于广州来说，5月份的那一波疫情影响还是挺大的。再加上芯片方面，我觉得某程度还是会影响一些消费者购车的积极性。我们再聊下一个问题，近些年电动车市场销售很火爆，您对电动车市场有什么预期吗？

　　王文：随着国家政策普及也好，包括像我们新能源的概念的推广也好，现在整个市场还是比较利好，包括政策的一些支持。目前我们可以看到很多新能源的品牌都层出不穷，而且有很多做得非常不错，像国产的品牌蔚小理等等都是提升很快。今年车展我也看了一下很多新款的一些车型设计的理念，无论是从动力、能源设计的创新，以及科技的一些创新，包括智能化程度，哪怕是外形的设计都是非常吸引人的眼球。我们也相信在未来3~5年这种政策利好的情况下，新能源的市场一定会蓬勃发展。宝马也对这一块特别的在意，所以这次车展上大家也看到了，我们把iX3、iX、i4都作为一个主流车型在推广。未来我相信宝马有这几款车型加入之后，我们的新能源的阵营也越来越强大，市场份额也会突破我们的预期。

　　车评人：展台上那两款新的电动车是相当值得大家期待的，客户对这两款车的关注度是否很高？

　　王文：如果您去到我们展会上，你就可以看到现场是非常火爆的，包括我们的订单各方面都超过我们的预期。

　　车评人：我觉得这两年变化还挺大，特别是像一线城市广州这样的消费者对于电动车的接受程度还是越来越高，以前可能他是为了一个指标，我不得不买一个电动车，但现在他是为了一种更好的体验或者更好的生活、科技的一些理解，然后去买电动车。宝马作为一个豪华品牌，它在这个切入点上做一些豪华的电动车还是能受到不少的关注。我们再来聊下一个问题，整个2021年豪华品牌在广州增开了不少4s店，相信您也有不少关注。除了产品本身之外，粤宝有什么竞争上的优势？

　　王文：首先广东粤宝是一家18年的老店，在人才的储备、技术的积累以及经验的分享和总结当中，我相信我们的维修技术、服务质量都深入我们车主的心中，所以我们在口碑，在品牌传播，在我们自己的品牌建设当中都深入人心。今年我们也把客户的体验，包括明年我们把客户服务也当做一个重点来抓，我相信这种软实力的提升也会进一步提升广东粤宝在整个市场的份额。

　　车评人：我觉得粤宝店的位置还是可以的，离市区还是比较近，不管客户去看车还是维修保养，其实是挺不错的。面积也挺大的。

　　王文：是的，我们的硬件设施场地都比较方便，我们经常会跟客户开玩笑，白云山上风景好，白云山下看粤宝。

　　车评人：非常好的宣传标语，而且宝马车型那么多，也确实要有那么大的展厅。它跟新势力品牌不一样，新势力在商场有一个展示的空间就足够了，但宝马整个车型的布局实在是太全面了，所以没有那么大的展厅，客户也很难深入了解各款车型之间的一些亮点，我觉得挺不错。我们再来聊最后一个问题，您认为未来汽车经销商现有的经营模式外，还有哪些新的模式可以采用？

　　王文：这个问题也是经销商一直在思考的问题，未来我们的盈利点，包括我们服务的机会在什么地方。现在大家可以看到随着新能源汽车加入阵营之后，对市场的冲击和变化，你可以看到未来汽车不再是一个简单的出行代步工具，而会变成一个兼具出行代步、私密空间、智能共享，包括互联驾驶、互联智联这些概念集中于一体的生活平台。往后面走，我们经销商应该也跟着这个时代的节奏要往前走，我们未来可能会在像软件的应用、软件的更新，包括智能共享互联，包括引流等等，这些方面有所作为。

　　　车评人：我在这次车展的宝马展台上也看到了很多这些方面的互动展示，对于消费者来说，他可以很深入的或者很直观的去了解宝马这些方面的新的变化。顺便问一句，现在在车展上买车，优惠力度可以说是相当不错的。
